Here\'s what one of the previous winners says about winning the award:
University Health Network (Nursing) Project Leader : \"The [coaching program] has had
a very positive impact on UHN in providing nursing leaders across the Network with
the knowledge, skills and tools to be a career coach. The support they provide staff
has been highly valuable. Receiving the PRISM Award was very rewarding and provided
us with the recognition of the importance in providing this kind of professional
development support to retain our staff.\" Consultants-Donnerwheeler: \"As the
external coach consultants, the Prism Award demonstrated to us and our clients that
our Coach Mastery Program was an innovative and practical strategy that had a
positive impact on the organization. Having this acknowledged by the larger coaching
community is just the kind of encouragement we need to keep us moving forward.\" Gail
Donner and Mary Wheeler
